Food Production
RESPONSIBILITIES:-Maintain cleanliness of galley areas, adhering to USPH sanitation procedures. Sweep, clean, and sanitize galley deck, scuppers, walls, and ceilings as required. Wash and sanitize pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and utensils using dishwashing machines or by hand. Ensure proper PPE use as per MSDS data sheet recommendations (e.g., masks, goggles, gloves). Report equipment failures and ensure all machinery is reassembled after cleaning. Segregate and remove waste from all galley areas following proper procedures.
REQUIREMENT:-Completion of high school or basic equivalency preferred. Ability to read and write English to understand and follow written procedures. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
