RESPONSIBILITIES:-Tour Management: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing shore excursions. Ensure smooth operation and safety. Guest Service: Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, addressing questions and concerns. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of shore excursion inventory, availability, pricing, and bookings. Vendor Management: Liaise with external tour operators and vendors to ensure quality and reliability of shore excursion services. Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies for all shore excursions. Booking Management: Handle shore excursion bookings, including reservations, cancellations, and modifications. Financial Management: Assist in financial aspects of shore excursions, such as revenue tracking, cost control, and invoicing. Reporting: Prepare reports and analysis on shore excursion performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation and records related to shore excursions. Marketing and Promotion: Assist in marketing and promotion of shore excursions to passengers, highlighting their unique features and benefits. Sales: Actively promote shore excursions to passengers, providing information and recommendations. Team Management: Oversee shore excursion staff, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and performing duties effectively. Provide training and development opportunities.

REQUIREMENT:-Experience: Previous experience in the tourism or hospitality industry, preferably with cruise line experience. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of destination management, tour operations, and customer service. Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Education: Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality management, or a related field. Certifications: Certifications in first aid, CPR, or other relevant safety training may be beneficial. Languages: Fluency in multiple languages, particularly those spoken by cruise line passengers, can be a significant advantage. Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the cruise line schedule. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise during shore excursions.
